For "change of mind" purchase, goods can only be accepted for refund or exchanged in unmarked original resalable condition with packaging, including all instruction books, accessories etc. This does not include freight.
All returns and warranty repairs must be accompanied by original sales docket.

NOTE:
Any part of the intercom or kit and accessories such as cables, wiring, switches etc that have been cut or modified in anyway will not be covered by warranty or refundable.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS

Warranty

Baehr guarantees that the product 1st free of manufacturing and material faults. In case the unit (product) shows a defect or is faulty due to manufacturing or material faults within the warranty time we will deliver a substitute chosen by us - or we will repair it. Repeated repair is admissible. We are not liable for succession damages.

Warranty period

The warranty time begins at the handing over by your dealer. The handing over (date of purchase) must be confirmed by the dealer with stamp and signature. At warranty claims a fully filled in card and the purchase document (invoice, receipt or a copy of it) must be handed in. Without this data we cannot accept any warranty claim. The warranty time won't be elongated by repair or exchange of the unit.

Warranty claims

Right away, but not later than two weeks after purchase, we must be informed by letter of obvious defects. Defects which could not be found within this time limit in spite of careful examination must be reported to us immediately after their discovery.
Please send the defective part adequately packed and stamped to us. We cannot accept unstamped or not fully paid consignment. For a rapid settlement of the affair we should have a precise trouble description, which can be supplied as a separate enclosure or on the warranty card.

Duty to observe users instructions

In situations where our operating or assembly instructions have not been followed, or you carry out modifications of the product, or parts are dismounted, or there are spare parts used which do not come up to the original specification, the warranty is nullified.

Radio installations

We are not liable for damages resulting from disregard of postal regulations at home and abroad. For radio installations we offer a six month warranty on transmitting and receiving parts.

Warranty exemptions

We exclude from warranty:
All failures due to incorrect treatment, mischievous damages, mechanical overstressing, immoderate heat or moisture, running out of accumulators, wrong supply voltage, excess voltage or lightning strike.
Fuses, control lamps and lights, accumulators, aerials, easy breakable glass or plastic parts as well as ceramics, the input and transmitting semiconductors or radio sets and damages during transport. We do not pay for the expenses for freight or transport.

General trade conditions

Additionally to the above mentioned warranty conditions our general trade conditions are in force.
